There are so many things that make a photograph work. Is it in the smile of a beautiful bride on her wedding day, the magic of a couple’s newly found love for each other, a high school senior who is about to embark on a life of his own? Or, is it the photographer’s ability to capture, for just a moment, the subtle and fleeting moments that make us who we are?

I actually got my start as an anthropological photographer documenting people’s lives and following the work of other photojournalists. I traveled extensively throughout Africa, Europe and Southern Russia capturing the lives of indigenous peoples. I’ve had the pleasure of working with notables such as Primatologist/Anthropologist Jane Goodall, and National Geographic Photographers Steve McCurry and William Albert Allard as well as broadcast networks including ABC and CBS. My Anthropological Photography work has been published in National Geographic Magazine, Anthropological Journal of European Cultures, Ethnohistory, and L'Homme. My portrait and Wedding Photography work has been published in Philadelphia Magazine, In Style Magazine, The Knot Magazine, Brides, Martha Stewart Weddings, Rustic Weddings, New York Wedding Guide, and countless advertisements and wedding venue promotional ads.

I believe the relationship between the photographer and subject ties everything together. Once that connection is made, beautiful things happen and fabulous images are born.

I love working with people and I love capturing great images that tell their stories. I truly love my art and I think that love comes through in the images I take. My wife Natalya Alexandra is not only my business partner, but she and our two little boys, AJ and TJ, are my inspiration.

I’m so very thankful for the wonderful people I've worked with and I look forward to new friendships in the future.

Inspiration is everything. With background in journalism, I am a storyteller first and photographer second. I believe in a personalized approach to photography. So don’t be surprised if I ask you a million questions about you when I meet you. Like I said inspiration is everything, and personal stories inspire me more than anything else.

I entered the world of photography following my husband Jamie Christopher’s footsteps. His passion for capturing special moments in time became mine. I've worked with several news organizations including Philadelphia Inquirer, advance of Bucks County, Doylestown Patriot, Yardley News, Public Spirit, New Hope Gazette, Montgomery News, Philadelphia People, and dtown/radius. I absolutely love the work we do.

I love life and believe in positive attitude in everything, most of all in my work. A smile does wonders and there is no art like photography that proves this statement to be true.
